Staff and student engagement surveys have been used to indicate how the District promotes and supports strong staff and student relationships.

Full Definition:  Staff and student surveys are measured using a Likert scale. Responses of strongly agree and agree demonstrate alignment of the District's goals with the perceptions of staff and students.
