If your child has a health condition that may or will require special monitoring, a health plan, and/or medication to be administered during the school day, please contact your school nurse. Some examples of health conditions could be, but are not limited to: Allergies, Asthma, ADHD, Cardiac Conditions, Diabetes, and Seizure Conditions.
