A Letter from the MHS Athletic Director
First and foremost, thank you for supporting the athletic programs we offer at Eau Claire Memorial. As many of you know, we have a proud tradition of athletic competition in our history. As a Division One team in the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletics Association (WIAA) and a member of the Big Rivers Conference, our accomplishments and successes have been embraced from one sport to the next. But, with that said, we realize that sports is more than just a game. We continue to aim for excellence in the classroom as academics is our number one priority. In addition, we strive to teach our student-athletes important life lessons such as, but not limited to, teamwork, self-discipline, time management, cooperation, commitment, sportsmanship, perseverance, and sacrifice. Through participation in athletics, we provide our student - athletes an opportunity to grow and mature as young adults preparing them for life after high school. Again, thanks for your encouragement and support as we move forward with the upcoming season . Go Old Abes!
