Bil-Pix.jpgPrincipal's Message:

Welcome to Sam Davey Elementary!

I look forward to a year filled with new learning. I am thrilled to be serving the Sam Davey community as your principal.  At Sam Davey, students receive rigorous academic instruction from passionate and compassionate teachers. Staff works collaboratively to provide a positive, encouraging atmosphere where learning thrives and relationships flourish. We strive to create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming climate for all students. Collaboration with parents serves an important role in each child’s educational experience.

I have been teaching and learning about education for 20 years.  I received my Elementary Education degree at UW–Milwaukee, my Masters in Professional Development at UW–Eau Claire, and my Principal’s Licensure through Viterbo University in LaCrosse, WI.  Eighteen of my years of service were spent in the classroom, and I think that experience makes me a better principal.  I understand the expectations and facets of successfully reaching the learning targets for EVERY child in the classroom, and I now bring that philosophy to my administrative duties.  We must reach EVERY child’s unique learning needs at Sam Davey.

Here is our FOCUS for this year:

Sam Davey’s Mission
